This panel will discuss supervision of LGBTQIA+ social workers in practicum placements and working towards licensure. From an ADEI perspective, panelists will address the risk of harm present in the power dynamics of supervision and also provide ideas that move supervision beyond ground floor practices of welcoming and employment protections.
