The Front Lines Leadership panel will explore different ways a diverse group of social work leaders survive and thrive in this dynamic environment.

Learning Objectives:

Demonstrate practical understand about front line leadership roles and responsibilities.
Explore ways to integrate antiracism, diversity, equity, and inclusion (ADEI) into all aspects of the position, even those aspects that may now have an inherent ADEI focus.
Identify ways to improve decision-making and problem-solving when conditions are not always ideal.
