Todd Tedrow, DSW, LCSW

Dr. Tedrow is an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Barry University and is the Senior Director of Groupwork, Training, and Employee Development for SunServe, the largest mental health provider for the LGBTQI+ population in South Florida. Dr. Tedrow served for many years as an executive managing multiple healthcare organizations, focusing on quality improvement, culture change, and improving financial and clinical outcomes. Dr. Tedrow is an active member of the Florida Institute for Group Facilitation, the community advisory board for SunServe, the International Association of Social Work with Groups as well as a practicing clinician. His research and practice interests include narrative approaches to enhance social connection.
