Trauma-informed Educational Pedagogy (TIEP) can meet the ADEI requirements in the 2022 CSWE EPAS. This study explored ways to increase the use of TIEP with Implementation Science. Strategies were evaluated, and the results showed that while training is helpful, faculty also need additional support to use TIEP.

Understand how implementation science can be used to identify effective (and ineffective) strategies to encourage the use of TIEP.
Understand the value of incorporating champions and early adaptors to increase and sustain the use of TIEP.
