Nev Jones is an assistant professor in the School of Social Work at the University of Pittsburgh, and activist-scholar who identifies as disabled and whose work deeply engages with issues of social, structural and epistemic justice in the context of public mental health services, social work training and practice, as well as the integration and inclusion of those directly impacted in research. She currently co-leads NIMH and SSA RDRC funded projects on socioeconomic mobility, serious mental illness and disability-based benefits.
