Dr. Youjung Lee is an Associate Professor in Binghamton University's Department of Social Work and her background includes social work practice with family caregivers, grandparent-headed families in international contexts, and intergenerational community development. She is a nationally well-known researcher and practitioner in an area of grandparent-headed families. While working with grandparents raising grandchildren in international contexts, she is involved with community collaboration for the development of intergenerational and age-friendly communities in Broome County in the State of New York.
