Elizabeth Jurczak Goldsborough is a PhD student at the University of Connecticut and a licensed social worker. Her research and practice focus on interprofessional collaboration and the treatment of tobacco and substance use disorders. Goldsborough earned her BA and MSW from Rutgers University and worked as a medical social worker and as a Clinical Research Counselor. Her doctoral dissertation examines providers’ practices regarding tobacco and substance use disorder co-treatment. A first-generation college student and a 1.5 generation immigrant, Goldsborough is dedicated to advancing the field of social work through research and teaching.
