This workshop offers participants an opportunity to examine the use of an ADEI assessment tool to review syllabi and courses as an effort to ensure the integration of antiracism, diversity, equity, and inclusion within their program curricula.

Learning Objectives:

Identify CSWE’s updated accreditation requirements for antiracist, diverse, equitable, and inclusive (ADEI) efforts in program curricula.
Identify their power and privilege in the creation of antiracist, diverse, equitable, and inclusive curricula, including the challenges of ADEI integration.
Engage in an experiential activity to learn about an ADEI assessment tool and its application for future use through the exploration of readiness for change and commitment to ADEI.
