This presentation examines the role of community-based support services in facilitating successful outcomes for individuals undergoing AOT. We will discuss the implementation of the AOT program, identify and discuss challenges for implementation, and discuss the importance of case management, housing, vocational rehabilitation, and other supportive interventions in promoting community integration.
