This pilot study explores how public child welfare agencies in northern California support their Title IV-E MSW Student-Employees. Using a qualitative approach, the study found that an agency meets employee needs, enhances retention, and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion when the support of leadership and an adaptable work schedule exists.
