The 2022 EPAS establishes that social workers are to “engage in Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ADEI) in practice.” This presentation provides a template and assessment tool to guide educators in developing courses that promote transformative learning that instills a commitment to challenging oppression and fostering inclusive communities.
