Stephanie Kathan is a Social Welfare PhD Candidate at the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs. Stephanie earned her Master of Science in Social Work with a concentration in Administration and Policy Practice from the University of Texas at Austin. Stephanie’s dissertation uses structural equation modeling to examine the working alliance between parents and staff within Early Head Start. Her research interests include early childhood intervention programs and sexual violence in higher education.
