Tonya Horn, PhD, MSW, LISW is an Associate Professor at the University of St. Thomas. She is the Project Director of the Integrated Behavioral Health Care (IBHC) Training Program, Co-Occurring Disorders Concentration, and co-facilitator of the Area of Emphasis in Practice with Immigrants and Refugees. Her research and practice focus on culturally specific behavioral health prevention and treatment, self-help and mutual aid in refugee-background communities, and community care (re-)vitalization.
