Tuyen Bui received her PhD in Social Work from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and her MSW from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Currently, she is an adjunct instructor and postdoctoral research associate at the Center for Prevention Research and Development (CPRD) within the School of Social Work, UIUC. Her research interests include social work education, disabilities, home visiting programs, substance use prevention, teen pregnancy prevention, opioid use disorders prevention, and international social work. She taught courses on program evaluation, case management, and generalist social work practice.
