Kim Livingstone, PhD, MSW, is an Associate Professor and the Director of the Social Work Program at Plymouth State University. Her work has included the implementation and effectiveness of services assisting with transitions in care, including Critical Time Intervention and Moving On initiative services, best practices for facilitating transitions out of homeless services. Since 2021, she has worked closely with the Youth Success Project, New Hampshire’s Youth Action Board, a group of youth and young adults with lived experience in homelessness involved in solving youth homelessness across the state.
