Julia Anne Maxwell is a social science librarian at Rutgers University Libraries. She liaises to the Rutgers School of Social Work and the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy. She teaches advanced bibliographic research, evidence-based practice, and policy research, and supports systematic review activities in the social science disciplines.
Julia holds an MS in Information Science and an MA in Education from the University of Michigan. She is a PhD student studying Library Science at Rutgers School of Communication and Information. Her research interests include the teaching of evidence synthesis, public health, policy, and social service-related activities in public libraries, and librarians as teachers.
