Dr. Erlene Grise-Owens is Partner in The Wellness Group, ETC. This LLC provides evaluation, training, and consultation for organizations and practitioners to promote self-care and organizational wellness. Previously, she was a social work educator for almost two decades, serving as director of field education and MSW program director. She is a licensed clinical social worker and has practiced in both clinical and administrative roles in community and agency settings, such as child welfare, religious-affiliated organizations, and behavioral health services. She presents and publishes on varied topics, with a strong focus on self-care and organizational wellness.
