Santhoshraj Srinivasan, a first-year PhD student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, is an accomplished social worker and researcher from India. He earned his Master of Social Work from the Central University of Tamil Nadu and has worked as a researcher and Lead-evaluator for India's MoHFW projects. His research focuses on bridging theory with practical interventions for marginalized populations, advocating for systemic change towards a more equitable society and enhancing well-being in correctional environments. With interests in trauma-informed care, maternal mental health, and social justice, he is committed to improving the future for people in prison.
