Tiffany Randall is an Online MSW Field Coordinator and Assistant Professor of Instruction at the School of Social Work at the College of behavioral and community Sciences at the University of South Florida. She is a Wabanaki tribal member who has spent several years advocating for social justice for the Wabanaki tribes of Maine. The Wabanaki conceptualized, established, and guided the historic Truth and Reconciliation Commission process. This commission was the first in the country to focus on Indigenous issues and the child welfare system. The Emmy award-winning “Dawnland” documentary shows the commission’s work. She continues to pursue and promote social justice for Indigenous peoples and is a long-standing member of the NASW. Before teaching full-time, she worked in the social work field for over twenty years as an advocate, program director, and forensic and clinical practice.
