Taheem is an MSW student at North Carolina State University working on getting his LCSW. Taheem has an educational history in Criminal Justice. He received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from East Carolina University. Taheem completed a fellowship at North Carolina Medicaid and completed his first-year internship at UNC Johnston Hospital. He is an advocate for social justice and believes that it should not end in incarceration but with therapeutic services. Taheem is a current research assistant under Dr. Terrance Ruth and has worked with him on several projects.
