Kim Stauss is a professor at the University of Arkansas, School of Social Work. Dr. Stauss has completed several research projects focusing on non-profit organizations around developing knowledge management systems, and evaluation of their processes. She also co-developed a letter-writing program for incarcerated parents to facilitate reconnection with their children. Dr. Stauss, along with her research teams, have been awarded over $1,000,000 in grants through foundations and federal funding and subsequently written over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles. Her research often focuses on including qualitative and community-based participatory action. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Utah and her MSW at California State University, Sacramento.
