Dorothy Wallis is an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Utah State. She has nonprofit management experience, as she worked in substance abuse treatment as an admissions director. She is passionate about healthy community and connection, ensuring people have access to services and that agencies work together for the betterment of the community. She works to bring community engagement into the classroom by ensuring students have a voice and awareness of concerns related to their communities.
