Natalia (Natasha) Smith, MSW, LICSW-S, PIP is a doctoral candidate in the School of Social Work at The University of Alabama. Her research interests, informed by lived and professional experiences, focus on child welfare - specifically adoption disruptions, sexual exploitation, and healthcare access. Additionally, she is interested in studying the decision-making processes among social workers and the influence of decision-making models on social workers' clinical judgment.
