Kalon Moody is the MSW Director of Field Education and an assistant professor. She began her career in higher education in 15 years ago as an adjunct professor. She has been in her current position as the MSW Director of Field Education for 7 years. Kalon is committed to ensuring a quality field experience for all students. Her social work career includes 20 years of child welfare with KY state government. During her 20 years she served as an investigator, supervisor, and statewide consultant on high-risk child abuse cases. Kalon obtained her BSW from Campbellsville University and her MSW from University of Louisville.
