Teresa K. Tarver, LBSW, MSW, QMHP, QIDP, is a program manager for Texas HHSC in LTC Regulations. She was an adjunct faculty at SFASU for ten years. She is a Qualified Mental Health Professional with many years of experience in community mental health programs. Her focus in the DSW program is working to eliminate racism. She is finishing her second year as a DSW student at SFASU.
