The current study examines the factors influencing mental health help-seeking attitudes among resettled Burmese in the US. Findings revealed that negative beliefs about mental illness and self-stigma were significant predictors of psychological help-seeking attitudes. The presenter/s will discuss practice implications for combating cultural barriers and misconceptions of mental illness.
