Prof. Haresh Dalvi is a social work educator with over two decades of experience in social work practice and teaching at the BSW and MSW levels. His research primarily focuses on competency-based education in social work. He has considerable experience in non-profit program evaluation, assisting organizations in assessing and improving the effectiveness of their services. Prof. Dalvi is skilled in designing evaluation frameworks, conducting needs assessments, and analyzing program outcomes to ensure they align with organizational goals and community needs. His work has helped non-profits enhance their impact, secure funding, and maintain stakeholder accountability. Outside academia, he enjoys community service, reading historical literature, and exploring new hiking trails.
