Mindy D’Ippolito is a public health social worker, program evaluator, and researcher who works to bridge the gap between research and practice. She received master’s degrees in social work and public health from Boston University and is currently the Director of Research and Evaluation at Casa Esperanza, which serves the Latine community of greater Boston. Mindy also works as a per-diem medical social worker providing supportive counseling and crisis intervention for patients on maternity, medical, and ICU units at a local hospital.
