Sabrina Gillan, MSW, is the founder of Recharge Strategy, LLC, a consulting firm focused on organizational development and policy strategy. Ms. Gillan currently serves as Chief Strategic Partnership Officer for Brilliant Corners, a supportive housing agency in California, overseeing strategy development, including advocacy. Previously, Sabrina enjoyed a twelve year career with The Salvation Army, where her early direct practice experience informed her policy advocacy and leadership work. Sabrina received her Masters of Social Work with a concentration in Social Change from George Mason University. Sabrina co-authored an entry on “Lobbying” in the Oxford Encyclopedia of Social Work and the Encyclopedia of Macro Social Work.
