Brianna Saltsman is an MSW student at Tennessee State University. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree with a major in English and a minor in Political Science from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. After graduating from Belmont, she began working at a juvenile justice facility as a Case Manager and found that she had a passion for working with at risk youth. This passion pushed her to pursue a Social Work degree. Brianna is currently employed as a Case Manager at an assessment center under Youth Opportunity Investments where she has been able to continue to demonstrate her commitment to at risk youth. After obtaining her MSW, she would like to begin working towards licensure in order to expand her role in working with the population she cares so much about. Coming from a multiracial and multicultural background, Brianna is also very passionate about racial justice, immigrant rights, and being an advocate for those who are often not heard.
