Dylana Becker, an MSW social worker from Springfield College, has dedicated over a decade to serving in child welfare for the State of Massachusetts. She has spent most of her career focused on protective intake and investigation, highlighting her deep involvement in safeguarding the welfare of children. With a focus on family preservation, Dylana also has special interests in the complex challenges of sexual exploitation and is interested in the critical issue of social worker burnout.
