Dr. Lisa E. Watson is currently Chair and Associate Professor at Springfield College's Department of Social Work. She has been a social work in direct practice with children, youth, and families for over 30 years. Practice areas of expertise include evidence-based trauma interventions with youth and families at-risk, adventure therapy, and family stress and coping. Research interests include evidence based and culturally responsive interventions and systems of care for youth at-risk, female identified folks on the Autism spectrum, and anti-oppressive social work pedagogy.
