I was born and raised in Guymon OK and moved to Tulsa with my Husband and two (2) daughters in March 1996 when I began a 14 year career at HSBC credit card bank from 1996 - 2010. I was laid off in September 2010, then returned to school in January 2011 to study Human Services, later to become Social Work. I received an Associate degree from Tulsa Community College (TCC), a Bachelors degree at Northeastern State University (NSU), then graduated from University of Oklahoma - Tulsa in 2016 with an MSW degree. I became a LMSW in 2018 and began working for OU Health Physicians - Family Medicine clinic as a Licensed Medical Social Worker for past 5 years. I recently promoted to the Anne and Henry Zarrow School of Social Work as a Faculty Field Liaison in January 2024.
