Jennie completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Gender and Sexuality, with minors in Women’s Studies and Community Health, in 2016 at Georgia College & State University. She earned a Master of Social Work and Master of Education in Human Sexuality from Widener University in 2019. She has worked in a domestic violence shelter for six years, and her research focuses on barriers to help-seeking for LGBTQ+ survivors of intimate partner violence.
