Full Professor and successfully Post Tenured (2022), was one of the three professors who founded the MSW Program at this institution. She has served with the Commission on Accreditation of the Council on Social Work Education (2011-2014). She was one of the five award recipients from The Council on Social Work Education’s Council on Leadership Development (CLD) 2011 Summer Leadership Scholarship Program. This program was a joint effort with the Harvard Institutes of Higher Education (HIHE) for the participation of CSWE-recommended members in HIHE summer residential Management Development Program. She was the invited speaker, “Culture As an Enabler” and was honored by Universitas Padjajaran, Bandung, West Java (March 2019).
