Sharyn DeZelar is a faculty member at the St. Catherine University social work department, teaching in the MSW program. She has been a social worker in MN for almost 25 years. Her practice areas include: families without a stable living situation, disabilities, Veterans and their families, youth in foster care and mental health work. She teaches history and philosophy of social work, clinical assessment, and foundation and clinical practice courses. Her primary research interests center around disability justice and inclusion in social work practice and education.
