Renie Rondon-Jackson, PhD, LCSW, is an Assistant Professor at Cal State Monterey Bay. Dr. Rondon-Jackson brings a wealth of experience from leadership roles in behavioral health agencies, prisons, and shelters for unhoused individuals and families. Dr. Rondon-Jackson's research interests encompass Global Interprofessional education and women's mental and physical health. Actively contributing to the field, she serves as a Commissioner on the Commission on Global Social Work Education for the Council on Social Work Education. She was recently appointed to the Monterey County Behavioral Health Commission, where she will represent District 4. Dr. Rondon-Jackson's academic journey includes earning an MSW at Hunter College and obtaining a Ph.D. from NYU.
