I am currently an Instructor in Field Education with University of Central Florida School Social Work and I have a private practice. In the beginning of my career, I gained experience working with children and adolescents facing various life challenges and obtained Certification in Children Services. I moved into working with victims of Domestic Violence and other crimes under the Victim of Crime Act (VOCA) program where I gained invaluable knowledge and experience working with the Trauma Informed Care approach. Throughout the remainder of my experience at Counseling Companies, Public Charter Schools, and Private Practice, I have specialized in using CBT and Client Centered Therapy with individuals of all ages and walks of life.
