Dr. Granruth is Associate Professor and MSW Program Director at Millersville University. She also serves as the Faculty Coordinator for the University's Center for Civic Responsibility and Leadership. Social policy and political social work are her primary areas of teaching. Dr. Granruth has been a member of the Influencing Social Policy Board of Directors since 2018.
