I am an artist, trained operating room nurse, mother of a 4 year old, Korean and Japanese American adoptee raised in a rural Iowa town, and founder of the Multicultural School of Social Work Association at the University of Iowa. I am graduating with a masters in social work this May and plan to stay in the Iowa City area to provide counseling to residents with a focus on BIPOC clients.
