Kara Patin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated with a Masters of Social Work from the University of Utah in 2014. She worked as a research assistant evaluating the presence and impact of trauma in public service organizations. Since completion of her degree she has worked in community mental health agencies as a clinical mental health therapist, deepening her understanding of trauma and the implications it can have on individual and organizational functioning. She currently serves as the program director for Trauma-Informed Utah.
