Whitney is a fifth year doctoral student from the University of Utah. She is a doctoral candidate. Her research focuses on the child welfare court system. Specifically, she focuses on judicial behaviors that promote or forestall parental engagement; with a focus on standardized tool development to aid in improving child welfare outcomes for children, youth, and families.
