James Petrovich serves as professor and founding director of Carroll College’s new Master of Social Work (MSW) program. He earned his own MSW from New York University (NYU) and a Ph.D. in social work from the University of Texas at Arlington. James has extensive practice and research expertise in mental health care, substance use disorder services, and services for people experiencing homelessness.
