Dr. Lee has extensive experience in various areas of social work, including school social work, social work curriculum evaluation, and gerontology. He served as a program evaluator at Liberty Resources, Inc. in New York from 2000 to 2008, where he participated in Partners-In-Prevention program that utilized the task-centered case model with elementary students. He also participated in the Hartford Internship in Aging project at the State University of New York at Albany. Since joining the Ohio University faculty in 2006, he has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in research, policy and human behavior theories. Currently, he teaches program evaluation courses and social work research methods at graduate level. Dr. Lee’s research interests include social work education and curriculum evaluation, program evaluation, evidence-based practice, and rural social work. Currently, He is involved in Ohio’s Opioid Workforce Expansion Program, which is funded by the Health Resources and Service Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
