Jonelle Battise, LBSW (she/her/hers)

Jonelle is a program specialist for Texas Health and Human Services in the Prevention and Behavioral Health Promotion Unit. She has more than 10 years’ experience working in the social services field and four years’ experience working in the substance use prevention field. She is a member of the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe and has cultural knowledge that she incorporates into her professional experience. Jonelle holds a bachelors in Sociology and Social Work and a masters in social work. She is currently a working on her DSW degree at SFASU.
