Indhira Udofia (she/they) recently completed her PhD in the Joint Program in Social Work with North Carolina A&T University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Spring 2024. They currently serve as the Faculty Director of the Colorado Women's College Leadership Scholars Program a program centering anti-oppressive, feminist, and queer leadership models for first-generation college students, women, folks of color, and gender-expansive folks, and a Teaching Assistant Professor of Leadership Studies at the University of Denver. In addition, she also works as a clinician, specializing in minoritized individuals navigating faith reconstruction, religious trauma, and other forms of complex trauma, and as a consultant on developing trauma-informed and culturally responsive interventions in spiritual, mental health, and other communal spaces.
