Meg Cristofalo, PhD, MSW, LICSW is an assistant professor in the Department of Social Work at Seattle University. She earned both her MSW and PhD at the University of Washington. Meg has been a practicing medical and psychiatric social worker for twenty-five years in inpatient and outpatient health care settings. She shares her practice knowledge and skills as an instructor in MSW clinical social work classes. Meg’s research interests are health equity for marginalized patients in health care safety net settings, frontline health care worker well-being, and the intersection of labor unions and health care social work.
