Aundrea Dilanchian is a PhD candidate at The University of Utah. Her research interests include historical redlining and its effects on K-12 student educational equity. Currently, Aundrea is working on her dissertation proposal which includes a mixed methods approach exploring how school social workers consider place when serving students and families in historically redlined neighborhoods. Aundrea has also assisted faculty members with K-12 and higher education research. Before becoming a student and working with The University of Utah, Aundrea served as a school social worker in various school districts in the state of Utah. She has worked with schools, students, families, and communities to provide equitable education for K-12 students.
