Dr. Pamela Chiang is an Associate Professor of Social Work at Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. She also serves as the Directer of the Title IV-E Child Welfare Educational Partnership for the university with the Division for Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) in NH. She received her MSW and Ph.D. from School of Social Work at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Chiang's practice experiece includes in the fields of child welfare, domestic violence, and public policy. She currently teaches courses in macro social work, child welfare, and diversity and oppression. Her research is centered around immigrant population’s oppressed experiences and community organizing and social work pedogogies. She is currently a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Massachusetts and a CASA Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) in New Hampshire.
