Edson Chipalo, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the School of Social Work, College of Allied Health Sciences at the University of Cincinnati. His research focusses on effects of childhood adversity on physical/mental health and socioeconomic outcomes in low-and-middle income countries (LMICs) and the United States, with a particular focus on children, youth, refugees and other vulnerable population.
